Pursue classes are designed to develop performance, coordination, and agility through obstacle-specific movements in preparation to tackle any OCR skillfully! Each class is scalable for all abilities, which means anyone can join in on the FUN.

STRIDE

Build up your running miles with this class. Following a programme to improve your running endurance, this class is perfect for both OCR training and those who just love to run.

THE FIX

Functional Fitness at its finest. We combine weightlifting, gymnastic movements, and cardio to challenge your body in every way, getting you stronger, moving better, and faster all whilst you thoroughly enjoy every minute of it.

LADIES CLASS

We have ladies' only classes where ladies can workout together in a space that is exclusively built for them!

STRECH /PREHAB

Just as important as the training itself, this class will teach you how to stretch correctly, enhance your mobility and keep your body healthy and happy! Suitable for anyone taking part in any of our classes.

KIDS CLASSES

Kids’ classes are available to children and teens from the age of 7 years to 14 years. These sessions will optimize the kids’ essential life skills under the guidance of our certified coaches.
